Recordings

The Tewa Choir has three (3) recordings under its collective belt.  Our previous director, Sister Ann Rozalia Szabo, O.B. was instrumental in helping us compose the "Mass in Tewa."  Our first recording, Songs from the Tewa Mass was released in 1994.  In 2000, Fun and Social Songs, our second recording was released and our third, Tewa Christmas in 2002.

Write or email us to obtain cassette or CD versions of our recordings.

We were able to serve at the 2019 Native American Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi before COVID-19 Pandemic forced us into isolation. Most have not been able to maintain their voices and several members have passed away.  WE ARE CURRENTLY INACTIVE DUE TO LACK OF MEMBERS.

This is the "Holy, Holy, Holy" or Sanctus written by Gertrude Calvert & Geronima Montoya (1991) from "The Tewa Mass."

This is "Joy to the World" in Tewa by The Tewa Indian Women's Choir from "Tewa Christmas" CD (2002)
