All the members of the choir were available to perform at the Exhibit Opening for "Heartbeat: Music of the Native Southwest" on Sun. 29 SEP 2013. We had two 20-min. sets.

The traveling "core" of the choir performed at the 2013 Southwest Liturgical Conference at the Albuquerque Convention Center. Here are Gertrude Calvert, Elidia Johnson, Mary Ann Padilla, & our drummer/storyteller, Libby Marcus.

2012 Miss Hopi Pageant Hopi AZ

Six members of the choir were able to travel to entertain the attendees, judges, and participants at the 2012 Miss Hopi Pageant held on Friday, 27 July 2012 at the Hopi Jr./Sr. High School Auditorium in Keams Canyon AZ. We had so much fun especially when some of the audience began to sing with us and the Emcees began to dance to our songs!

Former Director

Sister Ann Rozalia Szabo, O.B. was director of the Tewa Indian Women's Choir until August 2011. This was taken at her Farewell Dinner 27 AUG 2011 at Angelina's Restaurant in Espanola NM. Sr. Ann passed into eternal life on 10 APR 2019. May her soul and those of all the faithful departed rest in peace.
